Beardburys CUT&PROGRESS 6-step training program

We invite all men's hairdressers and barbers to an exclusive "6 Steps by Beardburys" training day with professionals Robert Moreno (Spain) and Robertas Liola (Lithuania) - this is a great opportunity to improve, gain experience, and get to know advanced haircut techniques better.

The training will demonstrate men's haircuts and beard shaping according to the "6 Steps" method - from the client's consent to the farewell. You will learn how to correctly structure the haircut, combine products and create an exceptional experience for the client. It will be discussed how to properly apply "Beardburys" products at each step so that the result is not only aesthetic, but also professional.

Program:

10.00–11.30 Start of training: 6 Steps by Beardburys

1 step – Reception. Welcoming the client, first impression, environment and emotion

2 step – Consultation & Diagnosis. Facial analysis, hair and skin diagnostics, service selection

Step 3 – Treatment & Washing Area. Sensory customer experience – scalp washing, skin and hair care, performed using professional Beardburys products.

11.30–13.30 CUT & PROGRESS: 1nd demonstration (haircut + beard)

Step 4 – Cutting Zone. Structural cutting according to BE ARCHITECH and BE WORKED methods; Analysis of tools, techniques, position, lines and projection

Step 5 – Styling & Training. Final styling, product matching, style communication to the client.

13.30–14.00 Break

14.00–16.00 CUT & PROGRESS: 2nd demonstration (haircut + beard)

Continuing the method: structure, shape, balance, textures. Adapting Beardburys products to different styling goals (matte/glossy/natural).

Step 6 – Payment & Goodbye. How to professionally end a service, recommendations, capturing emotions, building loyalty.
